REHABILITACION DE PLAYA SALADILLASUna marcha anticipada de exitosa, pero sin un plan y un proyecto acabado

Todo está montado para la caminata a playa Saladillas. La propaganda se ha extendido por todas las redes sociales y los medios de comunicaciones de Barahona y ultramar no cesan en su promoción.
Allá estaremos junto a los organizadores, los comunicadores, los políticos que tratarán de sacar partido, la llamada sociedad civil, que esta vez se unirá, y los funcionarios gubernamentales y municipales, que no querrán quedar excluidos de la caminata.
Más que un reclamo por la rehabilitación de playa Saladillas, la marcha servirá de ejercicio, pues el trayecto desde el punto de partida hacia el balneario es de varios kilómetros. Esta vez habrá música, vehículos, motores, gente caminando a pie, y probablemente utilizando animales para hacerla más atractiva.
De nuevo estaremos allí, apoyando la marcha, el reclamo de la rehabilitación y la lucha para evitar la privatización de nuestro patrimonio turístico. Pero sigue la misma inquietud y las preguntas quedan en el aire.
¿Después de la marcha, qué sigue? ¿Qué vamos a hacer en playa Saladillas, además de reclamar su rehabilitación? ¿Qué papel jugarán Turismo, Medio Ambiente, el Ayuntamiento y otras instituciones públicas y privadas?
¿Hay un plan para mantener el cuidado, la limpieza permanente y la seguridad del área de acceso al balneario? ¿Hay algún proyecto turístico en carpeta para ese lugar? ¿Se tiene contactado quiénes son y el presupuesto del mismo?
¿Quién debe administrar playa Saladillas, el Ayuntamiento, Turismo o Medio Ambiente? ¿Los proyectos para arrendar e instalar mini- negocios turísticos en el área han sido contemplados?
De seguir planteando interrogantes haríamos una enciclopedia, pero la idea es llevar a la mente de los organizadores y de los que estaremos allí, que Saladillas es más que el simple reclamo de una limpieza mediática del área.
Si no hay planes y un proyecto definido, en poco tiempo la tendremos de nuevo bien sucia, abandonada y volveremos al punto de inicio de la lucha.
